What a week it’s been here in the valley. We’ve had the absolute pleasure of hosting volunteers from around the world to help harvest the olives here at Riba Rocks HQ.

They came from Italy, Ireland, Texas, Australia, the UK and Catalunya to help prepare, pick and press the wonderful fruit creating some of the best organic olive oil.

Each day we shared stories over vegetarian breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We made our own charcoal on the fire, drank wine and created drawings.

With over 750 kilos of olives made into over 130 litres of oil, that’s a harvest we will never forget. Thank you for sharing your time, your stories and your energy here in the valley.
